Jack Thompson, apparently missing his medication once again, has taken his “I’ll Sue Ya” attitude to new heights by threatening legal action against the entire Utah legislature.

Another week in the books and boy there were a lot of announcements this week. Bethesda announced that they had contracted Obsidian Entertainment to develop a new Fallout game, and Microsoft announced 31 games… for Japan… at the same time.

Jack Thompson Isn’t Taking This Very Well


Yesterday Jack Thompson’s anti-gaming legislation in Utah was vetoed by Utah’s Governor, Republican Jon Huntsman. Suffice to say, Thompson isn’t exactly handling the defeat very gracefully.

Best of the Rest: March 25th, 2009


GDC continues with news that Zelda is getting a new game on the Nintendo DS, Final Fantasy is coming to both WiiWare and the Virtual Console, PS3 gets a Katamari Damacy remake and Jack Thomspon’s anti-gaming bill in Utah… yeah, that was VETOED.

We found out that Factor 5 was, in fact, working on a Superman game. We also learned that Silent Hill could be released on PlayStation Network, Microsoft is being sued for copyright infringement, and Bethesda’s MMO group is hiring for a new project. All in all, a good Tuesday.
