Just in time for Pre-E3 hype, Capcom questions their Japanese presence at E3 while Square Enix and Koei both make clear that their E3 presence will be limited. Why? Swine flu. That’s why… sissies… other than that, the big news was that 3D Realms says they’re not closed.

We found out that Factor 5 was, in fact, working on a Superman game. We also learned that Silent Hill could be released on PlayStation Network, Microsoft is being sued for copyright infringement, and Bethesda’s MMO group is hiring for a new project. All in all, a good Tuesday.
