We found out that Factor 5 was, in fact, working on a Superman game. We also learned that Silent Hill could be released on PlayStation Network, Microsoft is being sued for copyright infringement, and Bethesda’s MMO group is hiring for a new project. All in all, a good Tuesday.

Even though they can’t pay their employees, Midway is still trying to save Ed Boon’s bonus. Also, news on EVE Online, Halo 3, a future appearance by Master Chief and Jack Thompson’s legislation passing in the Utah House.

Electronic Arts saw the business version of the shit hitting the fan, delaying The Sims 3, Dragon: Age Origin and others. In other news, Shacknews was bought by GameFly, Tim Shafer is announced to host the GDC Awards, and a bit more Resident Evil 5 news.
