Square’s latest installment in the epic RPG series simultaneously impresses and disappoints. Final Fantasy XIII is a roller coaster of good, bad, fun, and forgettable.

It sure looks pretty, but don’t be fooled by FFXIII’s killer graphics. Scanning the game’s official website, suspicions are confirmed: Prepare yourselves for the ultimate wank fest.

Another week in the books and boy there were a lot of announcements this week. Bethesda announced that they had contracted Obsidian Entertainment to develop a new Fallout game, and Microsoft announced 31 games… for Japan… at the same time.

We love our video game music around here. Not enough to pick up an instrument and record ourselves like the people on this list, but we still love our video game music.

SquareEnix makes it official; we’ll be seeing at least two more Final Fantasy remakes for the Nintendo DS.
