‘LEGO Batman’ Coming to TV

Oh, sure, it’s not out yet. So what if the characters don’t talk in any other LEGO game. Warner Bros. is jumping on the Batman bandwagon and bringing the upcoming Traveller’s Tales game LEGO Batman to the small screen with it’s own half-hour television series.

Talking with GamesIndustry.biz, LEGO Batman producer Rich Earl talked a little bit about the show:

We’re looking to do a LEGO Batman series…I think it’s a 20-minute cartoon… I’m personally quite intrigued to see how it comes out. LEGO, every time they’ve had a new brand out, they’ve done some CGI stuff as well, but I think this will be quite different.

Hey, if you can make it work, go for it. But let’s get one thing perfectly clear: Nothing was better than Batman: The Animated Series.
