Ken Levine Confirms He is a Pretentious Twat; Unclear on Superhero Status

I freaking love Ken Levine and his William Riker beard. Speaking at Develop Conference 2008 in Brighton, England today, Ken Levine spoke at length about BioShock, 2K Games, and himself.
Levine revealed that he and the team at 2K Boston were given a lot of time to work on BioShock. Not Blizzard time, but enough time.
We had the luxury of being able to bump into a lot of brilliant people we found on the way. There’s so many talented developers out there. We didn’t have the time that Blizzard gets, but we had more time than we used to get.
Levine also explained that time is good, and that it gives you the chance to fine-tune your game, and find your mistakes.
The truth is, time gives you the ability to refine and polish, and make mistakes, and back away from them, and sort of stop before you’re too late about things, because you can really go down some wrong roads, confusing roads.
Okay, hearing about the game and it’s creative process is all well and good. But Ken, tell us a little bit about you…
My background, I’m kind of a pretentious twat.
…I love people like you, Ken. People who have a kick ass job in an up and coming entertainment medium, and they realize that it’s not always about being super serious.
That, and you called yourself a twat, which was just wicked.
