Peter Weller to Host ‘God of War’ Documentary

Engineering an Empire on History (and History International) is one of my favorite TV programs. For those of you who are bored by world history, it may shock you to know that the series was hosted by actor Stanford University professor Peter Weller, known best for looking like this:

…I couldn’t help myself.

For God of War III, Sony will be releasing a documentary-styled look at the game through the eyes of “historians”, which looks at the fall and rise of God of War’s Kratos, exploring his early life, his actions against the Olympians and further explaining why he has a perpetual case of the Mondays.

Those of you who pre-ordered the Special Ultimate Trilogy Edition of God of War III will be given a “download token” (read: redeem code) that you can use to download the documentary for free.

Or you could wait a few hours after the game is released and check YouTube. Just sayin’…
