No. That second trailer is not official and is a low quality fan made trailer created out of some leaked footage a “fan” grabbed from a level designer portfolio site. They music and voice was all added by the video creator.

Duke Nukem Forever just will not die. A new video of Duke Nukem Forever has surfaced out of nowhere and I will take it for what it is, enjoy the visuals, but in no way get emotionally invested in this game again.
Who the hell am I kidding. I love this video and it makes me hopeful. Unfortunately we are coming off of April Fools and that could factor into the existence of this video. Then again, it has just been reported that Take-Two had on it’s schedule Duke Nukem was supposed to go gold on April 1st, and not as a joke.
At 1:28 seconds into this video, you can see a red button that looks like this is being played on an Xbox 360. Car driving part looks like it is right out of Red Faction (even with a Mars look to the setting), so that personally pleases me and Perry. Anyways, enjoy the video, let’s all pray someone out there is still actually working on this game.
