MIR-12 Agent Killed During Failed Assassination Attempt

As I was preparing myself to shower and turn in for the night, I checked my email only to find a message from an enterprising young woman whom I will only call “M”. I’m withholding her full name to protect her and once you see the video you’ll know why.

After the break you’ll be able to watch the GNBC report on the assassination attempt on Russian scientist Nikolai Demichev by a member of the underground terrorist group “MIR-12“. I warn you now, the video is not suitable for young children.

…I assume you guys already know that I’m full of shit, right? The above video is part of a viral marketing campaign for the upcoming Activision title, Singularity.

Developed by the cool cats at Raven Software, Singularity revolves around a top-secret Russian project that would allow somebody (even you) to bend space and time… well, at least time.

“But JW, you suave and handsome devil,” you may be asking, “why would you treat this video as a real story?” The answer is simple: it’s fun. Most video game blogs defuse the video right away by pointing out exactly what it is from the get-go. Screw that. Sometimes you just have to realize that something is fun and roll with it.

Either way, when can we expect to see Singularity? …truth be told, I have no Earthly idea. And neither does anybody else.

Since there seems to be more contents, you’re welcome to join us :-)
We’ve already found flickr and facebook accounts of Natasha Norvikov and right now we are communicating with her friends (who are, well, as real as Natasha). It seems, behind this campaign is more than just the news video. :-)

well so is this real or not?
cuz you know knowa days anything is posibble but this would also rule out some of the theory of data cannt be lost if that thing could make a person dissapear his/her data would still be in the air in which case not makeing him/her fully gone in which saying they are somewhere XD
