Lenny Kravitz Coming to Rock Band 2

dollar-store-kravitz

Harmonix today confirmed that Lenny Kravitz aka Jimi Hendrix, Jr., will be coming to Rock Band. You can get either one particular song you like or the entire pack of four, with prices ranging from $1.99 per single to $6.99 for the pack of four that include:

  • “Are You Gonna Go My Way”
  • “Freedom Train”
  • “Let Love Rule”
  • “Mr. Cab Driver”

Now of course it wouldn’t be fair if we didn’t mention “Megasus” by Megasus and “Entangled” by Honest Bob and the Factory-to-Dealer Incentives (greatest. Band name. EVAR!!1!) are also coming to Rock Band this week, but really… it’s all about the Lenny.

JW’s Note: No, I don’t care about this story and normally this would be included in the Best of the Rest, but… come on. If you had that image in storage, wouldn’t you want to use it, too?!

Freedom Train is a cool song.

I thought “Are you Gonna Go My Way” was going to be an instabuy for me… but.. damn, I watched the youtube videos of the charts, and I don’t believe Kravitz was made for Rock Band. His vocals are good for the game, but the drums are soooooo basic.. and the guitar is hardly better.
