So the tracklist for Guitar Hero Metallica is upon us. I am going back on my past words about this game being “meh”.. it is looking quite solid. Unlike the Guitar Hero Aerosmith game, well over half the Metallica tracks are good ones, and nearly every single one of the non-Metallica tracks are awesome. My only fear for the game now is it will have an annoying fretboard that distracts from the notes (as GH Aerosmith did), but so far it is looking really really good.

A couple of songs are repeats from past Guitar Hero/Rock Band games, so the videos include the previous charts of those songs. I separated the Metallica songs by album so you can see how smart the band was to go back to some of the better songs in their catalog.
