British Men Find New Games More Stimulating Than Sex

You want to know why gamers and geeks in general continue have this stigma of being pathetic losers? Well, thanks to a poll of 1,130 men in the United Kingdom, we have our answer.

According to the study, 32% (361) of the 1,130 men polled said they would rather play video games than have sex with their partner. When the wording was changed to “new video games”, that number skyrocketed to 72%.

doctor-huh

I love video games as much as the next guy. In fact, I probably love them more than the next guy. But even I, the walking gaming encyclopedia, would take sex over video games any day of the freakin’ week.

Oh well, at least it isn’t one-sided. A study published last December showed that nearly half of women in the United Kingdom would sooner give up sex for two weeks than give up the internet.

Maybe it’s a UK thing.

This leads to our REAL question for the month of April: Sex or Games? Which would YOU choose?
