So, Ricky Henderson and Jim Rice (finally) got into the Baseball Hall of Fame, while Burt Blyleven, Jack Morris and Alan Trammell all got snubbed. Trammell was snubbed by a lot, which is nothing more than a simple joke. Trammell is hurt more for the fact that he played his entire career in Detroit rather than, say, a Boston or New York. If he had worn the pinstripes or the Dodger Blue, I am convinced that Trammell would already be in.

But enough of my scorned, Detroit-bleeding heart. On to the news:

  • Guitar Hero III surpasses $1 billion – EDGE
  • Final Fantasy XIII demo will only be in Japan – PS3 Fanboy
  • Microsoft sez… Xbox 360 successor is a ways off – Joystiq
  • Lara Croft to be like Batman? – Develop
  • My God, they’re making a LazyTown game – Shacknews
  • Major League Gaming gets more money to keep on keepin’ on – Gamasutra
  • Michael Pachter is better than you, says Sony will drop PS3 price in April – Joystiq

Kotaku Press Releast Count: Three

If you’re a PS3 owner and ticked that you can’t use your DualShock3 on your PC, check this out. Now you should be aware that the instructions are mostly in Japanese, but DCEmu UK has posted some English instructions to get your DualShock up and running.
