If you haven’t heard of the webcomic series “Ctrl+Alt+Del”, or are just somebody who doesn’t read it regularly, you may have missed the part where CAD made a hard right at the intersection of Cleverly Funny Avenue and Awkward Drama Boulevard by blindsiding fans with a story arch involving the female lead having a miscarriage.

Hilarity ensues, I’m sure. After about the third comic dealing with this rather serious subject matter, it started to feel uncomfortable. Maybe because Tim Buckley kind of hit everybody upside the head with a dead baby… that came out wrong… anyways, Zero Punctuation’s Ben “Yahtzee” Croshaw was equally as perplexed.
