Soulcalibur IV seems to be turning into a retail version of M.U.G.E.N. (with limited options). Since M.U.G.E.N. is not currently in every house right now and having the ease of being used on your couch with a controller in hand, people worldwide have been using the tools SCIV gives them and coming out with the most creative custom (“Create a Soul”) characters I have ever seen. Below is the very cream of the crop:

Good characters, but it’s not “creative” to copy existing characters……….
Not if you look at it that way, but I found these ones creative for using just the features the Create a Soul mode gives you. I knew when the game came out, we’d see a million Final Fantasy characters and lots of Solid Snakes… but Captain Planet using this thing… very creative imo.
Not to mention, again, M. Bison is stupid good.
