We all have these moments when we call up a friend and are like, “Did you hear about *insert game title* coming out *insert date*??? How awesome is that!!!” only to have our friend reply, “Um, yeah…everyone’s been talking about that for months…”

I have those moments more than the common person. Seriously – I get into playing, but following the news in this industry? Not my cup of tea. I leave that up to James and Mike and instead work on bringing you give-aways, site news, and the occasional rant.

But today, Yahoo news outdid me. They reported on…Xbox 360 having a major problem called “the red ring of death.”

Um. Thank you…because I didn’t know that.

I mean, it’s nice to get updates on the sitchy, but this was their front-page story tonight. Here’s the worst part. According to their article, if you get the RRoD, Xbox will fix the problem in a few weeks. You’ve got to be kidding me. Let’s ask James how long he’s been waiting now? What, like two months now? And the time before that, correct me if I’m wrong, I believe you waited four months?
