Tecmo, seemingly doing their best Baghdad Bob impression, has issued two press released that say, more or less, that everything is rosy in the land of the Ninja Gaiden, and that Tecmo would really appreciate it if “foreign media” would kindly step the fuck off. Apparently, said foreign media and our reporting of the Itagaki/Team Ninja/Tecmo lawsuit stories are making their employees a little bit edgy.

This is going to be one of those stories that stretch out for a long, long time, and Tecmo’s legal and PR teams are going to be putting in a lot of overtime to get all of this sorted out.

Let’s just hope Tecmo pays them for it.
