Street Fighter commercial to Debut on CBS

Listen up rabis Street Fighter freaks, you may want to take notice. Capcom has announced that the first television commercial for Street Fighter IV will air on CBS sometime during the EliteXC Saturday Night Fights mixed martial arts event on Saturday, May 31st. The event starts at 9pm EST.

But wait. It gets better.

After the fight the video will be released on the newly redesigned StreetFighter.com. You’ll also be able to finally pre-order Street Fighter IV for either the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 exclusively through GameStop.

Well, if you’re a fan of watching guys beat the hell out of each other, as well as a fan of Street Fighter (not sure how those two are related in any way), it sounds like you know what you’ll be watching this Saturday night.

I know I have missed news lately, but did Capcom just decide to completely forget about the American arcade market (not that there is a market here, I can’t argue with their decision if this is so….. but I was hoping to actually get out of my house and have a reason to go to an arcade again)
