Scamco (Namco) offers you Vader and Yoda in Soulcalibur IV

In “I told you so” news, Vader and Yoda are now confirmed to be DLC on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Even after hearing the quote from director Katsutoshi Sasaki on the matter of Vader/Yoda:

we don’t have any plans for that

I still said, “no, they will rip you off”, and so it has happened. Being right all the time isn’t always a great thing.

In kind of amusing and sad news, Yoda ($6) costs more than Vader (400 ms points) in Japan, so consider this confirmation that Namco are Xbox 360 fanboys now. Which I can’t say I don’t mind, as I have been wanting to get Tekken 6 without having to buy a new console. $5 for Yoda in America.

Enjoy buying your unlock keys to get the content that is more than likely ALREADY ON YOUR DISC THAT YOU BOUGHT (sorry, I can’t personally verify this, as I won’t be buying Vader… but if you take a look at Namco’s track record on this topic, you’ll know that they don’t seem to offer much in the actual downloads department, only unlock keys to content on your disc).

Sure, the above picture looks cool and all, but in all seriousness, be strong, do not support this practice.
