Nintendo Will Control the Heavens on September 18th

UPDATE: Read about the pathetic event here.

I’m not entirely sure how to take NIntendo’s latest announcement, but from the sounds of it they are either A.) omnipotent, or B.) are in posession of a weather machine. Either way, Nintendo has informed the world via press release to watch the skies this Thursday.

What could it be? Nobody knows, but Nintendo says that “evidence points to the reemergence of a luminous entity that citizens from all walks of life will appreciate.”

So, where can you see this “luminous entity”? You can see it at the following locations this Thursday:

  • Kirby Historical Mill in Medford, NJ – 9:30am – 1:30pm
  • Kirby Park in Kingston, PA – 9:30am – 1:30pm
  • Kirby Middle School in Birmingham, AL – 8:30am – 12:30pm
  • Kirby Gate Shopping Center – Memphis, TN – 8:30am – 12:30pm
  • Hmm. I think it would be safe to theorize that Nintendo is set to announce a new Kirby game.

What a BUST! All it is is a few FLOGOS machines launching foamy bubbly pink kirbys into the air – NOTHING else!!! There were maybe 5 people in Medford, NJ. There was a PR person with pink paper bookcovers with Kirby on it … oooooh.
