Nate Ahearn of IGN has posted a pretty near confirmation of a new Marvel vs Capcom game. When interviewing President of Production at Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, asking if a new MvC game would be possible, replied with:
After many years of interpreting PR speak, I am going to go ahead and say that papers have been signed behind closed doors, and though the game may not be in full production, it wouldn’t be that hard for Capcom to just add sprites to an existing engine. Ahearn mentioned the newer title, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes as an example of a new fighting engine that would help back this theory.
Speculation on who we will see should be easy enough, let’s go ahead and add all the main Marvel movies characters, both recent and upcoming:

Just from this 2 minutes of speculation I already have wood. Think of the possibilities past just returning Street Fighter and X-Men characters, so many new Capcom characters used and so many new Marvel ties-ins even more so than just the movies (Civil War, Marvel Zombies).

and capcom also did spawn in the demons hand for the dream cast ooo an for marvel i also would like 2 see more cable and spylocke……well anyway me and about 15 of my friends always get 2gether and play mvc2 every once a week…but seriously i would really pay $1000 just to play this game and ive never said anthing like that about any other game…..itz not even like im a super gaming fiend itz just that i would really pay alot of money for it and i kno damn sure many other ppl would 2 soo man if ur able 2 get this message 2 marvel of capcom somehow i would seriously send u my wii and my ps3 for free but not my xbox … i cnt get rid of my baby
I agree Ant-Man has sexuality issues, however, I think that all Marvel characters that have movies or upcoming movies (like Ant Man) will get precedent.
Soul Calibur is not Capcom, it is Namco, so no seeing Ghost Rider vs Spawn
