I think the SD card is a fine solution for some things. Like Rock Band/Guitar Hero, they should be bundled with an SD card an start enabling DLC of songs for Wii owners.

People really don’t need more than a 2 gig card to hold all their downloaded virtual console games.

(I’m just trying to stay positive for Nintendo though, in reality, there should have been a larger storage space included if they planned to release VC games on a weekly basis)
