Activision today has announced that they are currently working on a new baseball title for both the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS called Little League World Series 2008.

Promising sixteen teams (eight US, eight international), several modes of play, character customization and controls specifically designed for the Wii and DS. Activision has released some screenshots of their next baseball opus, which begs the single question:
